About us
Since 2008, we produce and market our production of salt and fleur de sel.
Today we also produce imperial prawns (prawns).
All its products are natural, without any external product input.
Today we are the only salt producers on the left bank of the Seudre, known for its "Marennes Oléron" oysters.
This makes our marsh the southernmost salt marsh on the French Atlantic Coast.
Sophie Rossignol sells in her shop the salt harvested by her husband from the only salt marsh in the town.
You will find sea salt, fleur de sel and many flavored salts such as crazy salt, garlic and parsley salt, seaweed salt and of course pineau fleur de sel.
Sophie also offers many presentations and gift ideas.
The shop is open from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 14:30 p.m. to 18:30 p.m.
In July and August, you will find it:
- on the Palmyre market, Wednesday and Sunday mornings
- on the night market of La Palmyre from 18 p.m. to 23 p.m. on Wednesday evening at La Palmyre
- on the Mornac-sur-Seudre night market on Thursday evenings.
