Within my diversified market gardening operation in the Saint-Georges-de-Didonne marsh, I practice cultivation on living soil.
My production methods are respectful of the soil and I nourish the earth with organic materials.

– Autumn: tomato, pepper, zucchini, eggplant, giant Chinese red radish, red meat radish, watermelon radish, squash, ball celery…
– Winter: spinach, lamb’s lettuce, salad, leek, squash, shallot, onion, carrot, cabbage
