About us

Within my diversified market gardening farm in the St Georges de Didonne marsh, I practice cultivation on living soil.

My production methods are respectful of the soil and I nourish the earth with organic materials.

Sale at the property:
Open from March 20 to November 30: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday: 10 a.m.-12 p.m. / 17 p.m.-19 p.m.
On order for certain vegetables (spinach, green beans, etc.)

Spring: leek, turnip, carrot, radish, fennel, spinach, salad, green beans, garlic, new potato…
Summer: tomato, new potato, pepper, eggplant, squash, cucumber,
leek, cherry tomato, green beans, carrot, onion, shallot, broccoli, cabbage
apple, strawberry, melon…
Autumn: tomato, pepper, zucchini, eggplant, giant Chinese red radish,
red meat radish, watermelon radish, squash, ball celery…
Early winter: spinach, lamb's lettuce, salad, leek, squash, shallot, onion, carrot, cabbage.
