Within my diversified market gardening operation in the Saint-Georges-de-Didonne marsh, I practice cultivation on living soil.

My production methods are respectful of the soil and I nourish the earth with organic materials.

– Spring: leek, turnip, carrot, radish, fennel, spinach, salad, green beans, garlic, new potato…

– Summer: tomato, new potato, pepper, eggplant, squash, cucumber, leek, cherry tomato, green bean, carrot, onion, shallot, broccoli, cabbage, apple, strawberry, melon…

– Autumn: tomato, pepper, zucchini, eggplant, giant Chinese red radish, red meat radish, watermelon radish, squash, ball celery…

– Winter: spinach, lamb’s lettuce, salad, leek, squash, shallot, onion, carrot, cabbage
