Le Petit Mataret

We are a fine lineage of oyster farmers. The family has been raising oysters since 1841. Our great-grandfather himself played a major role in preserving the oyster industry in the Marennes-Oléron basin. The EARL Le Petit Mataret company was built in 1991 on the site from which it takes its name.

And since then, our company has continued to evolve and strives to always satisfy its customers. Quality controls are carried out at each stage of production to guarantee the best oysters. The water in the Marennes-Oléron basin is regularly monitored to ensure the benefits of the oyster. Le Petit Mataret is also a team of enthusiasts, who love nature and do their work conscientiously.
