We are a beautiful line of oyster farmers. The family has been raising oysters since 1841. The great-grandfather himself greatly participated in saving the oyster in the Marennes-Oléron basin. The Petit Mataret, meanwhile, was built in 1991.

And since then, our company has continued to evolve and strives to always satisfy its customers. Quality controls are carried out at each stage of production to guarantee the best oysters. The water in the Marennes-Oléron basin is regularly checked to ensure the benefits of the oyster. Le Petit Mataret is also a team of enthusiasts, who love nature and do their work conscientiously.

Sale at the property:
Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 13:30 p.m. to 16:30 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
