La Cabane de Chat'sâ, an oyster farming and tasting hut, is happy to welcome you to the authentic port of Chatressac in Chaillevette.
Located on the left bank of the Seudre between La Tremblade and Mornac-sur-Seudre, in the heart of the Marennes-Oléron basin, we invite you to come and discover the flavors of Charente-Maritime in a peaceful setting, facing the clear.
Sébastien Seguin, 5th generation of oyster farmer, is pleased to share with you, among other things, the passion of his work around oysters and prawns.
Reopening on June 5 on Friday evening, Saturday noon and evening and Sunday noon until June 18.
From June 19 to September 15, open every day for lunch and dinner.
From September 16 to November 1, Friday evening, Saturday lunchtime and evening and Sunday lunchtime.
