Les Hauts de Talmont
Les Hauts de Talmont is a vineyard created in 2003 which extends over 9 ha of vines planted with Colombard and Merlot on the cliff of Talmont-sur-Gironde.
It was in 2011 that the Hauts de Talmont vineyard made a demanding choice, that of biodynamics, a cultivation method banishing all chemical products, and going further than the simple “organic” label. It is a question of transmitting to the vine the forces of life of nature:
– by enhancing the soil and vines using 100% natural preparations
– by applying them according to a calendar integrating rhythms of nature and astral influences
– by working the earth with regular scratching respecting the life of the soil
In the end, grapes and therefore wines that are pure reflections of the terroir, respectful of your health and the environment and all benefiting from triple certification: AB, Demeter, Biodyvin.
We offer still wines (white, rosé and red), fortified wines (white, rosé and red), sparkling wines made using the traditional Champagne method (white and rosé) and vintage Cognac.
The vineyard has been cultivated biodynamically since 2011, certified AB by Ecocert and certified biodynamic by Demeter.

Other points of sale
Tasting and sales area:
– Rue du Port in Talmont-sur-Gironde: open from April 01 to September 04, every day from 30 a.m. to 09 p.m. And from October 10 to March 19, the shop is regularly open on weekends during school holidays.
– Chai Gardrat, La Touche in Cozes, open year-round every afternoon from 14 p.m. to 18 p.m.
Possibility of privatizing the Talmont tasting area outside opening hours for the organization of cocktails or receptions in the garden.
