From its height of 25 m, the mysterious and rare Tower of Pirelonge continues to watch over the vineyards and hillsides of the Domaine and the peaceful village of the Brillouet Distillery.

The diversity of the vineyard's soils, a micro-climate and artisanal, authentic production methods, an experienced and quality team, allow the expression of a unique terroir and the creation of exceptional products.

- In one of the oldest artisanal and family distilleries in the cognac region, you will experience a surprising and fascinating journey through time, retracing the history of distillation, stills, and the true history of cognac and pineau. And you will be introduced to the mysteries of the still and the copper, creators of aromas and emotions.
