Last traditional salt marsh on the right bank of the Seudre, coarse salt and fleur de sel harvested manually.

Total respect for the biodiversity inherent in the marsh. No disposable plastics. Strong
interest in the natural and cultural heritage of the territory. Possible visit to the farm by appointment and/or by project.
