Le Sel en Seudre















Last traditional salt marsh on the right bank of the Seudre, where coarse salt and fleur de sel are harvested by hand.
Total respect for the biodiversity characteristic of the marsh, without the use of disposable plastic. Particular attention paid to the natural and cultural heritage of the territory.
Farm visits are possible by appointment or as part of specific projects.

Opening hours vary, depending on the salt harvest (May to September), restoration and maintenance of the marsh (October to April).
