Oyster farmer for 4 generations, Yvonnick Le Bail is the guarantor of oyster quality. Located in Chaillevette, a small town bordering the Seudre, a small coastal river located between Marennes and La Tremblade. Yvonnick is a producer and refiner of oysters.
