About us
Oyster farmer from father to son for 6 generations, I sell 90% of my production directly (from producer to consumer). Come and taste my production at the Aubier tide restaurant.
Take advantage of a stopover in the port of La Gréve at La Tremblade to taste oysters, the delicious éclades of mussels, but also seafood and salads. A children's menu is offered.
Sale at the property:
- From June 1 to September 30, Tuesday to Sunday from 9 a.m. to 19 p.m.
- From October 1 to May 31, Tuesday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 13 p.m. and 14 p.m.

- “Aubier tide” restaurant: from June to September, Tuesday to Sunday from 12 p.m. to 14 p.m. – 19 p.m. to 21:30 p.m.) – specialties: mussel clades, oysters and seafood platter
- Seafood platter to order (minimum 24 hours before)
- Group reception in season by reservation (minimum one week in advance)
- Marketing of other products from other farms
(mussels, seafood, pineau, etc.).
