Huîtres Gautret – Ostréiculteur

Formerly located at Port de la Grève in Duret, in the town of Arvert, the Oyster Gautret farm now flourishes in the town of Étaules, in Charente-Maritime.

Directed since 2012 by Fabien Gautret, the family oyster estate specializes in the production of different categories of oysters.
From farming to shipping, through refining and direct sales on the markets as well as on the farm, our oyster farmers are committed to helping you discover their work.

Fine, special, fine de claire, special de claire, green oysters, old-fashioned, flat... Find our tastiest oysters for direct sale on our farm from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 17 p.m. or on the markets of the region : Chatellerault, Saint-Georges les Baillargeaux, Saint-Porchaire or even Saint Savinien.
