About us
We are the 4th generation of a small family farm.
You can find us on the market of St Palais-sur-mer where we have had a bench since 1956. But also on the markets of Saintes, in the different districts of Saintes, we have been present there since 1991.
We produce locally in parks and clearings, don't hesitate to come and meet us.
Markets:
Covered market in St Palais-sur-mer all year round:
April 1 to September 30 (7 days a week)
October 1st at the end of the All Saints' Day holidays 6 days/week. Closed on Monday.
From the beginning of November to March 31, 3 days/week including Saturday and
Sunday (5 days/7 school holidays).
products:
All year round: hollow and flat oysters (end of year celebrations)
May/June until exhausted: mussels (rope or die and bouchots)
September: prawns produced in our clearings in Arvert

Prices
Prices vary depending on the quality and size desired from €3,60 per dz to €10,00 per dozen.
“Old-fashioned” oysters and flat oysters are sold by the kilo between €14,00 and €16,00 per kilo.
It is possible to buy the oysters sold by the dozen or individually but this time sold at the price of €9,00 per kilo. All sizes and qualities combined.
We open oysters for your events, do not hesitate to contact us.
The price of mussels varies every year, or almost, because we work directly with two producers who give us their prices at the start of the season.
