You can find us at the St Palais-sur-mer market where we have had a bench since 1956.
We produce locally in parks and clearings, don't hesitate to come and meet us.

All year round: hollow oysters, flat oysters (end of year celebrations).
May/June until exhaustion: mussels (rope or line and bouchots).
September: prawns produced in our claires in Arvert.
