4th generation of a small family farm.
You can find us at the St Palais-sur-mer market where we have had a bench since 1956.
We produce locally in parks and clearings, don't hesitate to come and meet us.
Our products:
– All year round: cupped oysters, flat oysters (Christmas and New Year's celebrations)
– May/June until exhaustion: mussels (rope-grown or longline and bouchot mussels)
– September: prawns produced in our ponds in Arvert

Covered market in St Palais-sur-mer all year round:
from April 1st to September 30th every day.
from October 1st to the end of the All Saints' Day holidays every day except Monday.
from the beginning of November to March 31, 3 days a week including Saturday and Sunday (and 5 days a week during school holidays).
