At the Distillery, we are steeped in history, with our rare and mysterious Gallo-Roman tower of Pirelonge, dating from the 1st century, which, for us, is an indelible mark of human expertise. It constantly inspires us to create exceptional products, to give our very best in all our creations: cognac, pineau, sparkling wine, traditional method wine, rosé and red wines, and liqueurs.
Here, the diversity of the vineyard soils, a microclimate and artisanal production methods, a constant quest for authenticity, allow the expression of several unique terroirs, the creation of exceptional products.

Come visit the eco-museum center of the 18th-century distillery and the still exhibition, which traces the history of distillation and stills from their origins to the present day. You can also see the current distillery, which operates during the winter for cognac production. Throughout the year, lively events are organized, including food and tours, with various exhibitions reflecting different periods.
