Saveurs Paysannes Charentaises




This small-scale meat and agri-food processing workshop is run by local producers, producing canned goods and dried products.
They joined forces in the company Saveurs Paysannes Charentaises and are working to develop short local supply chains.
Several species of meat and other products from local farms (AB, HVE or conventional label) are cut and/or cooked there (CE approval).
