Eager to make an identity project, resembling the Charente Maritime where they were born, it is on the way to Saint Jacques de Compostela that the project germinated.

After a quick training in Nancy, they created their recipe and started marketing in 2017 while making small research brews.
During the winter of 2018, the brewery was built and the equipment installed. With their university degree from the Faculty of Sciences of La Rochelle in hand, they embarked on the adventure.
