Located on the beach in La Tremblade
Since 1947, we have been producing and refining high-quality oysters with artisanal expertise and a passion passed down through generations. Our oysters are cultivated in our open-sea oyster beds for 3 to 5 years before being finished in our oyster beds located in the Marennes-Oléron basin. Since 2025, we have also offered tastings at Les Pieds dans l'Eau, featuring a waterfront terrace opposite our establishment on the La Grève channel.
