Article 1 : The “Villégiature Pass” operation is strictly reserved for Inhabitants & Adult secondary residents of the 33 municipalities of the Royan Atlantique Agglomeration. It is issued in one copy per household (same name/same address) on the condition of providing proof of address. This Pass Villegiature cannot be sold, loaned or exchanged.

Article 2: The “Village Pass” has no validity period. In the event of early termination of the Pass Villégiature system, its validity will end immediately after informing the holders. In the event of loss, a new Pass can be issued upon simple request.

Article 3: The “Resort Pass” can be chosen in the form of a physical Pass, or a digital Pass during registration. Registration must be done directly with one of the 17 tourist offices of the Royan Atlantique territory.

Article 4: The Pass Villégiature allows its holder to benefit from advantageous access to the sites participating in the operation (see catalog of offers). The Resident and the Secondary Resident must present themselves at the reception of the site with their “Villégiature Pass”, physical or digital, and an identity document.

Article 5: The advantages of Residents and Secondary Residents:

The OTC Royan Atlantique will list the privileged offers intended for Residents & Secondary Residents: freebies and/or reductions from our partners participating in the operation,

The Resident & the Secondary Resident will regularly receive a newsletter by e-mail relaying the invitations, events or surprises offered by the partners.

Article 6: The Pass Villégiature can be used under normal conditions for visits to the sites and activities concerned, excluding exceptional events and the restrictions mentioned.

Resort Pass offers cannot be combined with other current reductions. The OTC Royan Atlantique as distributor of the offers cannot be held responsible for the inaccuracy of the offers or for any dissatisfaction linked to an offer which, if applicable, is the sole responsibility of the partner at the origin of the offer. offer.

Article 7: The Pass Villégiature does not give priority access to the sites and cannot be used to avoid any queues at the reception desks.

Article 8: Partner sites and offers may change from year to year. Sites may be added during the year. The list is updated on the website www.royanatlantique.fr

Article 9: Any use of the Pass for a purpose other than that defined in these conditions of use, any falsification of a Pass; any copy of a Pass or any use by a third party other than a member of the household holding the Pass is subject to reporting by the site manager or the partner to OTC Royan Atlantique who may decide to proceed with the withdrawal of the disputed Pass.

Article 10: For the management of this system, OTC Royan Atlantique implements and operates the processing of personal data relating to Beneficiaries.

As such, the Tourist Office collects the following personal data: first name, surname, title, main and secondary postal addresses, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number.

The collection of this personal data is essential for the issuance and use of the Pass. These collected personal data are kept for the legal retention period relating to the purpose of the processing.

These personal data are collected for the exclusive purpose of ensuring the management of the Pass (identification of the holder and sending of promotional offers). Pass usage data may be used by OTC Royan Atlantique for the purpose of anonymized statistical exploitation.

By validating their registration on the Resort Pass, the Customer accepts that their personal data entered will be managed and stored securely by OTC Royan Atlantique in compliance with the European Regulation on the protection of personal data (GDPR). In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978 as amended and the general (EU) Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 GDPR), the holder of the Resort Pass has, free of charge, a right of access, modification, rectification, deletion or portability of data concerning him.
