This magnificent apartment, classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, consists of a living room (full sea view) with a large table for 6 people and a sofa bed. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with a view of the courtyard.
For sleeping arrangements, you can choose between a room with a large 160cm bed opening onto a balcony with full sea view and a room with 2 90cm beds (which can be pushed together) opening onto a quiet courtyard.
The living room and the bedroom with the double bed have direct access to the large balcony facing the Grande Conche beach.
The apartment has a bathroom with a large shower and a double sink. The WC is separate.

Baby equipment can be made available to parents who wish to travel light.
A private garage in the basement will allow you to park your car in complete safety.

From this ideally located apartment, you can benefit from local services (Park market, mini golf, children's play area, etc.). The town center of Royan is also close: 10 minutes on foot.
