This magnificent apartment, classified as 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, consists of a sea view living room (large table for 6 people), a fitted kitchen open to the living room and a sea view living room with convertible sofa. The living room and lounge each have access to a balcony, one facing south with a view of the beach and the other facing west with a view of the beach and the town center and port of Royan.
For sleeping arrangements, you can choose between a bedroom with a large 160cm bed and a bedroom with 2 80cm beds which can be combined into a 160cm bed. Both bedrooms have access to the west-facing balcony with a view of the beach and the port of Royan.
The apartment has a bathroom with a large shower and double sink, and a separate toilet.

A private garage in the basement will allow you to park a medium-sized sedan type car.

From this ideally located apartment, you can benefit from local services (Park market, mini golf, children's play area, etc.). The town center of Royan is also close: 10 minutes on foot.
You can also enjoy beautiful walks (on foot or by bike) towards La Coubre or towards the estuary. You can also plan to discover the sites of the region (La Rochelle, Futuroscope, Cognac region, or even the Estuary on the Bordeaux side...).
