Villa Dune – Bost Vincent

Located in an exceptional green setting just 200m from the Plage du Platin and 400m from the shops, this very beautiful, new and contemporary villa is the ideal address for recharging your batteries.

Facing south, it has a large living room with a lounge area and a fully equipped designer kitchen in trendy colors.

It hosts 4 bedrooms, each with a dressing room and all have independent access via the passageway which gives onto the facade protected by an overhang. Each room is equipped with high-end EVER'SOM hotel bedding.

Bedroom 1 has a 180 bed and a shower room with WC.

Bedroom 2 has a 180 bed or 2 90 beds, accessing the bathroom in bedroom 1.

Bedroom 3 has a 160 bed and a shower room with WC.

Bedroom 4 has a 160 bed with access to the bathroom in bedroom 3.

You can enjoy the large garden with trees while relaxing in the sunbathing, take the beautiful cycle paths thanks to the 8 bicycles available to you. You will take a dip in the heated swimming pool secured by an immersed shutter, play a game of ping-pong or petanque with family or friends. And why not a game of molky or Vendée palets. The hammock awaits you under the palm trees for a very soothing siesta.

A covered carport that can accommodate 2 vehicles is available to you.

For those who wish to stay connected even on vacation, the villa has Wi-Fi, and because it is also part of the stay, your pet will be welcome after the owner's agreement at no extra charge.
Cleaning charge at end of stay: €250 extra.

The rates :
Low season (October to April): 400 € per night
Mid season (May, June and September): €500 per night
High season (July): 5500 € per week
Very high season (August): 6000 € per week

The tourist tax amounts to 1.60€ / pers. major and per day - villa classified 5 stars.
