It accommodates 4 bedrooms, each with a dressing room and all have independent access via the passageway which leads to the facade protected by an overhang. Each room is equipped with high-end EVER'SOM hotel bedding.

Bedroom 1 has a 180×200 bed and a bathroom with WC.

Bedroom 2 has a 180×200 bed or 2 90 beds, leading to the bathroom of bedroom 1.

Bedroom 3 has a 160×200 bed and a bathroom with WC.

Bedroom 4 has a 160×200 bed leading to the bathroom of bedroom 3.

You can enjoy the large garden with trees while relaxing in the sun loungers, take the beautiful cycle paths thanks to the 8 bikes at your disposal. You can take a dip in the heated swimming pool secured by a submerged shutter, play a game of ping-pong or pétanque with family and friends. And why not a game of Molky or palets vendéen. The hammock awaits you under the palm trees for a very soothing nap.
At aperitif time you will take full advantage of the terrace and the sofas set up for your well-being.

A covered carport that can accommodate 2 vehicles is available behind the house.

For those who wish to stay connected even on vacation, the villa has Wi-Fi, and because it is also part of the stay, your pet will be welcome with the owner's agreement at no extra charge.

Low season (October to April): €500 per night
Mid season (May, June and September): 600E per night
High season (July): 5500 € per week
Very high season (August): 6000 € per week
