With its neat and comfortable decoration, this peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in a quiet area close to the beaches.
The 5 bedrooms can accommodate up to 10 people: 4 double beds including 1 in 160 cm, 3 in 140 cm and 2 single beds in 90 cm. All bedrooms have storage.

There are 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
The assets are above all, its LOCATION, its COMFORT, its SWIMMING POOL open and heated from May to September. The villa is very bright with large bay windows and with a view of the swimming pool from the living room and the master bedroom.

It is composed on the ground floor:
– an entrance with clearances
– a toilet with hand basin, a water softener
– a large living room opening onto a wooden terrace and the swimming pool, and onto a semi-covered terrace equipped with a large table that can accommodate 10 guests, barbecue, garden furniture, chairs, deckchairs, outdoor sofa and a coffee table
– a kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped: refrigerator with a freezer section, dishwasher, electric oven, 3-burner induction hob, microwave, extractor hood, 1 Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster
– A living room with 2 sofas, a coffee table, TV, Wi-Fi
– A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm), a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a piece of furniture with a sink
– A bedroom with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm), a wardrobe
– A bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190cm), a wardrobe
– A bathroom with shower, a cabinet with a sink
– A south-west facing swimming pool, 7 m x 3 m x 1,40 m deep, secured by an electric curtain, open and heated from May to the end of September.

All rooms are equipped with duvets (220 x 240cm for double beds) and pillows (60 x 60 cm) as well as protectors for mattresses and pillows.
From 3 nights: (below, linen must be brought by yourself or it can be rented from our concierge)
From 3 nights: BED LINEN PROVIDED AND INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases + bath mats and tea towels)
BATH AND POOL TOWELS NOT PROVIDED (bath towels, pool towels).
For stays of less than 3 nights, you must bring your own linen or,
POSSIBILITY OF RENT FROM OUR CONCIERGE SERVICE UPON REQUEST (they will send you the rates after confirming the reservation).

Not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Inside the property you can park 3 to 4 vehicles.

The La Loge d'Alexa concierge will welcome you on site, give you the keys and give you all the information you need to have a great stay.

Duvets, pillows and mattress and pillow protectors provided.

You pay a “cleaning” fee which includes the costs of cleaning and disinfecting the accommodation between each rental.
It is done by professionals and allows us to bring the accommodation into compliance with our requirements.

Paying this fee does not exempt you from contributing to the various tasks (which are not very restrictive and quick) which are included in the internal regulations.

★ To start your stay, a welcome pack is available to you:
Sponge, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, paper towels, a roll of toilet paper, household products.

PLEASE NOTE: the swimming pool is open and heated from May to the end of September and depending on the weather (if there is a storm or other bad weather the swimming pool will not be able to reach the requested temperature, please be lenient in this regard).

For the safety of children, it is mandatory to close the curtain and the fasteners. When opening the pool, it is mandatory to remove the fasteners before operating the opening otherwise the fasteners will break. If they are broken at the start, a deduction may be made from your deposit in order to repair them.
Please follow the instructions carefully so that everything goes as well as possible.

To be organized with our concierge:
– Check in: arrival between 17 p.m. and 20 p.m. and subject to availability
– Check out: departure between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. (time to be defined upon arrival)
– Rental of linen, beach and pool towels, delivery and storage of groceries before your arrival (order in advance at a drive-through and collection time to be defined 3 days before arrival), cleaning during your stay…

The concierge closes at 20 p.m.:
PLEASE NOTE: any arrival after 20 p.m. and up to 21:45 p.m. will be charged an additional €30 to be paid on site.
From 22pm to midnight, arrival will be charged an additional €00 to be paid on site.
No departure before 6am.
From 6am to 8am, any departure will be charged an additional €30.

– Respect the availability schedules set by the people who welcome you. Any delay or change to the departure time agreed with La Loge will result in a charge of €40 including tax, which will be payable on site. This delays our team's interventions and disrupts our well-organized schedule. Another appointment will be required by La Loge to check the accommodation in good condition.

– Report any problems that occurred during the stay (breakages, stains on furniture, sofa, bedding, etc.)
– Before your departure: remove rented linen from the beds
– We want to maintain good relations with our neighbors in this quiet and family-friendly neighborhood, we ask that you do not make noise at unreasonable hours.
– Do a courtesy cleaning (empty your trash, put glass containers in a container provided for this purpose, do not run a dishwasher program before leaving, put away clean and dried dishes, we will not be responsible for dishes left poorly cleaned) the cleaning package does not cover accommodation left messy and dirty, this allows us to bring the accommodation back into compliance and according to our requirements.

From 01/01 to 31/12/2026, Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
