“Les Flots” is located in the residential area of ​​the port, in a wide, very quiet cul-de-sac, with direct access to the sea. Via the seaside promenade (50 m), you are a 10-minute walk from the shops in the center town, the market (open every day), the beach, the port, the lighthouse and the Vallières corniche, famous for its views of the estuary and the bay of Royan.

By bike, the cycle path network is right outside the house. It will take you to Royan beach in 5 minutes, and the town centre and the Verdon ferry are just a quarter of an hour away. This ferry will allow you to cross the estuary for a few euros a day.

Decorated with great taste, you will have in the 2 large bedrooms, bedding in excellent condition (a 160 bed and 2 80 beds that can be joined together) and all the equipment of a main residence. A parking space is reserved for you in front of the rental. The high level of cleanliness in which the rental is delivered to you also contributes to the comfort of your stay. Charges are included except electricity and tourist tax. Paid options (end of stay cleaning and linen rental) are offered in the rental contract.

Rentals are weekly, from Saturday 16 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. Rates vary depending on the time of year.

NB: We are sorry that the staircase forces us not to accept people with reduced mobility and children under 5 years old.
