Le Tom de Royan is located in a secure residence with access by intercom, digicode and beep, on the third floor with lift.

In the entrance, a KZ where you will leave your belongings and your shoes.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, dining area.

The living room is equipped with a new sofa bed of 140 x 200, a large television with flat screen and a Wi-Fi connection (fiber).

The large balcony closed by veranda will allow you to have your breakfast, your lunch and your dinner, French window open or closed.
Not overlooked, the curtains / slats of this veranda do not prevent the light from entering.

The bedroom with new 140 x 190 bedding opens onto a private balcony, giving you the opportunity to get some fresh air as you jump out of bed. A large wardrobe is at your disposal for your multiple storage.

And you can enjoy the television in this room lying in your bed.

In order to lighten your luggage, sheets as well as towels, bath towels are provided for each of you.
Parents, travel light. You will find in the apartment a bed + mattress and a booster seat for your baby.

In the bathroom a walk-in shower and plenty of storage.

The toilets are independent.

The laundry room gives access to the washing machine, the dryer, the dressing room and the cupboards.

A free numbered parking space is reserved for the basement apartment.

Take advantage of your stay in Royan to visit the beautiful beaches of Royan, Planète Exotica, the Palmyre zoo, the troglodyte caves of Meschers, the Cordouan lighthouse, take a steam train ride (Train des Mouettes de Saujon), a by boat via the port of Royan.

Leave the car in the car park and go for a stroll in the central market of Royan, a listed historical monument in the shape of a shell, crowned 2nd most beautiful market in France in the annual TF1 competition. It takes place every day in the morning in season. You will love to find many primeurs there for the pleasure of the table and oysters from Marennes Oléron of course.
