Le Tom de Royan is located in a secure residence with access by intercom, digicode and beep, on the third floor with lift.

In the entrance, a KZ where you will leave your belongings and shoes.

The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, dining area.

The living room is equipped with a new 140 x 200 convertible sofa, a large flat screen television and Wi-Fi (fiber).

The large balcony closed by veranda will allow you to have your breakfast, your lunch and your dinner, French window open or closed.
Without any opposite, the curtains/slats of this veranda do not prevent the light from entering.

The bedroom, with new 140 x 190 bedding opening onto a private balcony, will give you the opportunity to get some fresh air when you get out of bed. A large wardrobe is at your disposal for your multiple storage areas.

And you can enjoy the television in this room lying in your bed.

In order to lighten your luggage, sheets as well as towels and bath sheets are provided for each of you.
Parents, travel light. In the apartment you will find a bed + mattress and a booster seat for your baby.

In the bathroom, a walk-in shower and plenty of storage space.

The toilets are independent.

The laundry room gives access to the washing machine, the dryer, the dressing room and the cupboards.

A free numbered parking space is reserved for the basement apartment.

Pets are not accepted.

Le Tom de Royan is a non-smoker and non-vaper.

Take advantage of your stay in Royan to visit the beautiful beaches of Royan, Planète Exotica, the Palmyre zoo, the troglodyte caves of Meschers, the Cordouan Lighthouse, take a steam train ride (Train des Mouettes de Saujon), a boat ride via the port of Royan.

Leave your car in the parking lot and wander around Royan's central market, a listed historical monument shaped like a shell, and voted the second most beautiful market in France in the annual TF1 competition. It takes place every morning during the season. You'll love finding a wide variety of fresh produce to enjoy, including Marennes-Oleron oysters, of course.
