To go to Royan, there is a fully secure 3 km cycle path and a bus network (public transport stop 100 meters away). To go to the beach, just cross the boulevard. To go to the city center and shops: 150 m to do...

This 22 m² studio has been completely refurbished. It is located on the 3rd and last floor of a secure residence with lift and has secure private parking for one car and an enclosed bicycle storage room. A private room is available to deposit beach equipment, luggage...

The apartment has no vis-à-vis. It is quiet, very clean. A special Covid disinfection is guaranteed between each tenant. The town center and shops are a 5 minute walk away. A market takes place every day.

The studio is equipped with a new kitchen with induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, fridge with small freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle. Storage cupboard with vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron. Bathroom with walk-in shower, hair dryer. New sofa bed of 140 with shape memory mattress (very simple opening of the bed, no cushion to remove). Television. Wi-Fi specific to the apartment. Wardrobe and large drawers for storing clothes. Electric radiators. Electric rolling shutter, terrace with table and 2 outdoor chairs. Clothes rack. Cleaning products provided.

Possibility of renting bed linen and towels: €35.
If cleaning is not done on departure: fixed price 45 €.
