The building adjoins Place Schumann, Zion free parking and the Public Garden located behind the Palais des Congrès.

The bedroom floor has terraces (40 m²) and private balconies (20 m²) and the third culminates with the fully equipped kitchen leads to the dining room with panoramic views, and a small TV lounge.
The 5 bedrooms are equipped with quality bedding and have dedicated bathrooms or showers and toilets. For your comfort, we have included in the price beds made on arrival and bathroom and kitchen linen, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. The duplex is heated out of season. Parking is free at the foot of the building. We are at your disposal to help you prepare your stay in Royan (visits, addresses, activities, etc.).
Optional: for an additional charge, provision of a multi-purpose space of 60 m² and possible extension of accommodation to 14 people for tribes, meetings, courses, seminars (See our website). Short stays: 3 nights minimum.
