Bright duplex of 125 m² spread over two levels on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a renovated building emblematic of Royan from the 50s. You will be seduced by its panoramic terrace, its central position near the shops and the beach of Foncillon.

You will be seduced by the multiple and bright spaces of the Ciel de Royan, its panoramic terrace facing the port and the Grande Conche but also by the calm dominating the place, while being close on foot to the market and all shops as well as to 150 m from the sea. The building adjoins Place Schumann, Zion free parking and the Public Garden located behind the Palais des Congrès.
The warm and colorful decor evokes the 50s, in a revisited vintage spirit. It is designed to make your vacation a surprising and fun experience, appealing to our childhood nostalgia for vacation homes by the sea. Welcome home!

This 125 m² duplex is spread over two levels on the 2nd and 3rd floor of a renovated building emblematic of Royan from the 50s. The bedroom floor has terraces (40 m²) and private balconies (20 m²) and the third culminates with the fully equipped kitchen on the dining room with panoramic view, and a small TV lounge.

The 5 bedrooms are equipped with quality bedding and have bathrooms or showers and dedicated toilets. For your comfort, we have included in the price the beds made on arrival, bathroom and kitchen linen, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. The duplex is heated out of season. Parking is free at the foot of the building. We are at your disposal to help you prepare your stay in Royan (visits, addresses, activities...).

Optional: for an additional charge, provision of a multi-purpose space of 60 m² and possible extension of accommodation to 14 people for tribes, meetings, courses, seminars (See our website). Short stays: 3 nights minimum.

Covid-19: our furnished accommodation is cleaned and disinfected by professionals between each stay. We would like to respect the barrier gestures during the arrival and departure processes. Do not hesitate to book, cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before the start of the stay.
