After a hall and a staircase shared with the second floor, the private apartment includes: an entrance with wardrobe, toilet and sink, an equipped kitchen of 12 m², a living room dining room under veranda of 20 m² with armchairs, table low and sofa, a 30 m² terrace with garden furniture. The 9 m² children's bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 9 m² parents' bedroom has 1 double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower.
For your comfort, we have included in the price the beds made on arrival, and the bathroom and kitchen linen as well as the end of stay cleaning.
The apartment (except the veranda) is heated out of season. Parking is free at the foot of the building.
We are at your disposal to help you prepare your stay in Royan (visits, addresses, activities, etc.).
