The area is in the center of Royan, but set back from the seafront, close to all shops and the market, Foncillon beach down the street and a ten-minute walk from the thalasso and the pretty beach of Chai.

The warm and colorful decor evokes the 50s, in a revisited vintage spirit. It is designed to make your vacation a surprising and fun experience, appealing to our childhood nostalgia for vacation homes by the sea.

This is a one-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a renovated building emblematic of Royan in the 3s.

After a hall and a common staircase with the second floor, the private apartment comprises: an entrance with wardrobe, toilet and sink, a 12 m² fitted kitchen, a 20 m² living-dining room under a veranda with armchairs, table bass and sofa, a 30 m² terrace with garden furniture. The 9 m² children's bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 9 m² parents' bedroom has 1 double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a large walk-in shower.

For your comfort, we have included in the price the beds made on arrival, and the bathroom and kitchen linen as well as the end of stay cleaning.

The apartment (except the veranda) is heated out of season. Parking is free at the foot of the building.

We are at your disposal to help you prepare your stay in Royan (visits, addresses, activities...).

Optional: possibility of bicycle storage. Short stays: 3 nights minimum.

Covid-19: our furnished accommodation is cleaned and disinfected by professionals between each stay. We want to respect barrier gestures during the arrival and departure process. Do not hesitate to book, cancellation is free of charge up to 15 days before the start of the stay.
