Located in the park of a small residence (the "Pins de Mirbois") of 10 apartments, this T2 apartment on the 1st floor (no elevator), benefits from a very beautiful sea view. 50m from the beach! The functional, very bright living room with renovated kitchen area is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed. The bedroom located at the back has 2 90cm bunk beds and access to the bathroom. Separate WC. Available in the apartment: washing machine, dishwasher, TV, baby equipment, etc.
The small balcony with sea view faces west and is equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol for outdoor dining. There is a small walkway at the rear. Private parking is available within the grounds.

The beautiful sandy beach of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne is 50 meters away and the shops 1 km away as well as the sailing school.
Cinema, media library, ice cream parlors and restaurants, summer activities are 500 m away. But calm environment.
Nearby: forest and Pointe de Suzac for hiking, Estuaire Park for discoveries, bus stop.
Royan golf course 14 km away. La Rochelle, Cognac (where a visit to a large House is offered to you in season) are an hour's drive away. Closer: Meschers, Talmont…

Rental is for a maximum of 4 people, per week in season and a minimum of 4 nights (possible in the late season depending on availability).
Reservation is made on lease with 30% deposit.
The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not accepted.

In order to preserve your health, we pay all our attention to sanitary conditions (change of mattress pads, bed covers, shower curtain and sofa blanket between 2 rentals, provision of cleaning products, etc.).

Final cleaning is not included but possible with a supplement of €50 (excluding kitchen area).
For an additional fee we can also provide you with bed linen (included in short stays).
