Prior contact with the owner is requested by email, then by telephone, before accepting the rental: the owner may ask you by email to contact her via WhatsApp instead of by telephone.
The house has an area of 80 m², including 15 m² of garage, located in the middle of a plot of 400 m² fully enclosed.
Everything is nearby for a successful stay: beach, water activities, bike rides, shops, entertainment and many places to visit...
Its assets are its calm, its two bedrooms with a bathroom each, its baby equipment, and the possibility of bringing your small pet, with the prior agreement of the owner.
The outdoor area is fenced, ideal for your small pets. On one side of the house you have a gravelled parking space, on the other a furnished terrace of 25 m² and at the end of the garden a grassy strip of 35 m².
The garage is a storage space for various equipment, including your bikes.
The interior of the house is composed of a dining-living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a double shower) and a garage.
The living/dining room opens onto the terrace for the well-being of your stay.
The house has 2 bedrooms of 2 styles at your disposal:
– “Retro” room for 2 people (double bed 140) with connecting bathroom
– “Modern” room for 3 people (double bed 140 + mezzanine bed 90) with a separate bathroom
The house has all the comforts and baby equipment available free of charge: travel cot – high chair – toys.
The interior of the house is not equipped to accommodate people in wheelchairs, and the internet access (little used) has been removed to reduce the rental price: the tenants now use their shared internet connection on their mobile phone or have a domino box broadcasting the internet via Wi-Fi.

+ The deposit of 500 euros is paid by check, and cashed only in the event of a deposit being withheld. The prior agreement of the owner is necessary for the arrival of our friends, the small domestic animals. There is no additional rent, the deposit is increased from 500 to 550 €
+ The charges included in the rental price are:
– Water loads,
– Electricity charges, except in low season (weeks at €370, €375 and €480), which are payable at the end of the rental period (calculated at actual cost)
– Charges related to taxes and fees imposed on seasonal rentals. A contribution will be payable before the start of the rental in the event of a new charge or an increase in an existing charge (for example, an increase in the price of the tourist tax)
+ For your comfort, it is possible to have paid services:
– End of stay cleaning service: The cost is €80 for cleaning the two bathrooms and the floor of the house.
– Rental of household linen. Ask the owner. The deposit for rented household linen is €50.
+ Charges not included in the contract must be paid before the start of the stay or at the end of the stay depending on their category.
