About us
Charming and endearing single-storey house with an area of 80 m² with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the middle of a 400 m² plot, in a pleasant and quiet area. Possibility to come with your small pet.
Prior telephone contact with the owner is mandatory before accepting the rental. The owner may ask you by email to contact her via WhatsApp.
The house has an area of 80 m², including 15 m² of garage, located in the middle of a plot of 400 m² fully enclosed.
Everything is nearby for a successful stay: beach - nautical activities - bike rides - shops - entertainment and many sites to visit...
Its assets are its calm, its two bedrooms with a bathroom each, its baby equipment, and the possibility of bringing its small pet, with the prior agreement of the owner.
The outdoor area is fenced, ideal for your small pets. On one side of the house you have a gravelled parking space, on the other a furnished terrace of 25 m² and at the end of the garden a grassy strip of 37 m².
The garage is a storage space for various equipment, including your bikes.
The interior of the house is composed of a dining-living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a double shower) and a garage.
The living/dining room opens onto the terrace for the well-being of your stay.
The house has 2 bedrooms of 2 styles at your disposal:
- “Retro” room for 2 people (double bed 140) with connecting bathroom
- “Modern” room for 3 people (double bed 140 + mezzanine bed 90) with a separate bathroom
The house has all the comforts and baby equipment available free of charge: travel cot - high chair - toys.
The interior of the house is not equipped to accommodate people in wheelchairs, and the internet access (little used) has been removed to reduce the rental price: the tenants now use their shared internet connection on their mobile phone or have a domino box broadcasting the internet via Wi-Fi.

+ The tourist tax is to be paid according to the rates in force.
+ The deposit of 500 euros by check, is cashed only in case of deduction on deposit. The prior agreement of the owner is necessary for the arrival of our friends the small pets. There is no additional rent, the deposit is increased to 550 euros.
+ The charges included in the rental price are:
- Water loads,
- Electricity charges, except in low season (weeks at 370 euros and 480 euros), which are to be paid at the end of the rental (actual calculation).
- Charges linked to taxes and fees imposed on seasonal rentals. A contribution will be payable before the start of the rental in the event of a new charge or an increase in an existing charge (for example, increase in the price of the tourist tax).
+ For your comfort, it is possible to have paid services:
- End of stay cleaning service: The cost is 80 euros for cleaning the two bathrooms and the floor of the house.
- Rental of household linen. Inquire with the owner. The deposit for rented household linen is 50 euros.
+ Charges not included in the contract must be paid before the start of the stay or at the end of the stay depending on their category.
Tourist tax not included.
