It is surrounded by a large enclosed garden of 700 m². The Center de Saint-Palais beach is a 5-minute walk away. Shops (supermarket, market, tobacconist, newsagent, bakery, pharmacy, doctors, cinema, are accessible within 5 to 7 minutes on foot).
The market is open every morning. Shopping centers: Intermarché, Leclerc, Super U nearby. The tennis courts, golf course, horse-riding center and discotheque are also nearby. Many walks are possible by bike (forest, beaches and the Grande Côte and the Wild Coast). From the house access on foot to the customs paths.
