Beautiful 2-room apartment for 3 people, completely renovated 50 m from the port with its shops and restaurants, 100 m from Foncillon beach, located in the city center, a bakery and a mini-market are less than 50 m away, the central market is about 10 minutes walk. Located on the 4th floor, in a quiet residence with elevator and digital code at the entrance, sea view on the 1st balcony, view of Grande Conche beach on the 2nd balcony.

Enjoy a huge terrace on the 5th floor with panoramic views of the port and Royan Bay. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a table and three chairs, a flat-screen TV, and fiber optic internet. The kitchen is open to the living room. The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a large wardrobe with sliding doors. A table and three chairs are available on the large balcony for relaxing or even for meals. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine, and a vanity unit. There is a separate toilet. Its prime location means you can leave your car behind, and for those who want to travel light, linen rental is available upon request.

A large, free public parking lot is available at the foot of the building. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. Heating will be charged extra, with a maximum charge of €5 per night. A mandatory cleaning fee of €35 applies. Bed linens and towels are not provided.

3-week spa package (€900 to €1300) offered over the period from October 1 to April 15 – Weekly rental in July and August (Saturday or Sunday) – Short-stay rental accepted minimum of 3 nights.
