This house, classified three stars ***, is located in "Chante Grenouille", a place called Corme-Écluse which adjoins Saujon, the city famous for its thermal baths, which lives to the rhythm of water in the heart of the Bassin de the Seudre.
In fact, apart from being able to go to Saujon by car or bus where there are absolutely all the amenities, it is also on foot or by bike by taking a small road and a white path, that you can arrive 4 km further to the center of the town of Saujon.
Close to the sea and at the crossroads of the Royan Atlantique destination, Corme-Écluse and Saujon inspire the calm and tranquility of the Saintonge countryside.
Between cycling, hiking, river fishing, canoeing, horse riding, visiting the typical villages of the basin…15 minutes from the pleasures and riches of the Gironde Estuary, the Royannais and the great beaches of the Côte Sauvage.
The 120 m² detached house that we offer for rent has all the comforts inside and outside to allow you to have one of the most pleasant stays and thus fully enjoy your vacation.
This recent four-year-old house is composed and equipped:
Inside :
– a very bright living room of 53 m² with two large bay windows which overlook the two terraces with two large blinds, an equipped kitchen open to the living room and the living room
– a so-called “parental” bedroom with a bay window which opens onto the large corner terrace, with a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and a bathroom with a walk-in shower
– a second bedroom with a double bunk bed and a single bed, as well as a fitted wardrobe
– a second large bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double vanity
– a separate toilet and a storeroom
– all comfort equipment, household appliances, dishes, maintenance, etc. as well as programmed electric roller shutters
Outside :
– two wooden terraces with two large awnings, bordered by bamboo and flowers with garden furniture, two deckchairs, a large table and 6 chairs, a griddle, a large open parking area with a carport to shelter vehicles and a garden.
With the aim of ensuring you have an excellent stay so that you can leave with very good memories, the rental price includes towels, bed linen, body soap and shampoo, hand soap… via dispensers, washing products for the washing machine and dishwasher, cleaning/household products, toilet paper, garbage bags… and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
So you can travel light and your only concern will be not to forget any of your personal effects in your suitcases.
Even though we love animals because we've had them ourselves, we regret that we cannot allow them.
