Very comfortable apartment located on the ground floor accessible by 4 steps, in a small condominium of 4 apartments, in a very quiet cul-de-sac.
It benefits from a prime location, located 300 m from the Grande Plage of Saint-Georges-de-Didonne, the city center, the market and the port.
It was completely renovated in spring 2023, with air conditioning and all the equipment is new: bedding, household appliances and crockery.
Living room separated from the bedroom by a 120 cm sliding door, equipped with a very comfortable sofa.
Equipped kitchen: induction hob sink, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, square table for 4 people, 4 chairs, 108 cm TNT TV. All kitchen utensils: frying pans, saucepans, pressure cooker, crockery, oven dishes, glassware, mixer, blender, kettle, Nespresso and filter coffee machines, teapot.
Storage cupboards, stepladder, drying rack and pins, vacuum cleaner, broom, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket

I will give you the keys myself upon your arrival between 16 p.m. and 18 p.m. and I will be there for your departure at 10 a.m.
