The fitted kitchen area includes: a fridge, a 4-burner combi-cooker/oven/dishwasher, a microwave oven, 1 double sink with cupboard underneath, 2 worktop with cupboard above, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 toaster, 1 pressure cooker, 1 iron and everything you need to cook and set the table for 1 people.
Large bedroom: one 1 cm bed, two bedside tables with bedside lamps, an armchair, a chair and a large wardrobe.
Small bedroom: 2 bunk beds of 90, with individual lighting, 2 chairs and a wardrobe.
Blankets, bedspreads, bolsters and pillows provided.
Sheets not provided.
Small terrace, 7 m², with garden furniture.
Bathroom: with a shower, 1 sink with cupboard underneath.
Independent WC.
Independent closet with vacuum cleaner.
On the ground floor
A washing machine and dryer are available in a shared laundry room with a second unit.
A garage that can accommodate a city car (5m10 / 2m75) can possibly be rented for the duration of your stay.
Conditions: Rentals are weekly (unless otherwise agreed) and run from Saturday 16 PM to Saturday 4 AM.
Payment: An initial payment of 25% of the rental amount must be received upon booking, and a second payment of 25% must be received at least two months before the arrival date. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.
The tourist tax is collected all year round, for the benefit of CARA.
