In the quiet area of Vallières, you will discover the villa at the end of a private driveway. With its wooded park, it is sheltered from traffic and noise.
The market in the city center and the two long beaches are within walking distance (approximately 900 m).
The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 4 adults. Extra beds can accommodate an additional baby and/or child. Simply request them when booking and they will be installed upon your arrival.
You will feel comfortable, even on gloomy days, because its 65 m² includes:
• a large kitchen where you can eat meals
• a bright living room which opens to the west onto the courtyard
• 2 bedrooms facing south and the villa park: bed 140, with large cupboards and the possibility of deploying an extra bed in one, a travel cot in the other, or the two folding beds in the same room
• a bathroom with shower, and separate toilets.
The kitchen, bathroom and toilets have been renovated to offer more modern comfort, validated by the *** (3 stars) classification.
The house is equipped to allow you to enjoy your vacation without stress.
All the rooms stay cool, even in heatwaves, simply thanks to the construction choices, and if you come out of season, the heating maintains a pleasant temperature.
A built-in barbecue is installed in the courtyard, where tables, chairs and garden armchairs and deck chairs allow you to fully enjoy a space reserved for you.
The villa's enclosed park, bordered by the oaks of the ancient Vallières forest, offers you 1000 m² of largely shaded greenery. Between the fruit trees, you can choose a nap or a relaxing sport: ping-pong, badminton... Thanks to the trees and the wind playing in the leaves, even on the hottest days, reading and naps remain pleasant.
Your car can remain in the shade on a closed plot.
