Lovely house in the pines 3 minutes from the beach, Parc district

The house, largely renovated recently, is located 350 meters from the large beach of Royan (2,5 kilometers of fine sand with children's club, sand yachting, and 'kite surfing' for sports enthusiasts), in an environment beautiful and very quiet. It has four bedrooms (two of which have outside access), three shower rooms, three toilets, a living room-veranda, a dining room with an American kitchen, four terraces, and it is surrounded by a garden of almost 1000 square meters to rest under the tall pines lulled by the murmur of the surf.

The villa is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, iron, microwave, hair dryer, five-burner stove, Nespresso coffee maker, television, stereo, garden furniture, gas barbecue-plancha...) and it has Wi-Fi. Linen can be provided for an additional charge. To stock up, a supermarket awaits you 250 meters away. No parking problems in front of the house, even with several cars, but you can also park on the property.

Royan is a very pleasant town, the air is invigorating, the atmosphere relaxed, and you can choose the sea according to your tastes: calm and quiet at the mouth of the Gironde (the large beach near the house), much more agitated a few kilometers away, on the wild coast. For the rest, the resort offers almost all possible entertainment: golf, horse riding, tennis, sailing school, jet ski rental, fishing, tree climbing, quad biking, sea trips, cycle paths, volleyball, miniclub, windsurfing. sailing, skydiving, bowling, rides, walks in the caves of the Médoc (on the other side of the Estuary, a quarter of an hour by ferry) or at the Cordouan lighthouse, the first work in France to have been classified as a monument history... And for gourmets, the famous large covered market, an architectural feat from the XNUMXs, offers an incredible profusion of fish, oysters, shellfish... and Charentes melons.

A deposit check of 750€ will be requested upon your arrival. It will not be cashed and will be returned to you upon your departure.
