You enter a large living room with a lounge composed of a sofa and 2 very comfortable armchairs.
An open kitchen allows you to prepare your meals facing the estuary.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine…
You can choose to have lunch or dinner around a large convivial table under the veranda or on the wooden terrace while enjoying a unique panorama.
Finally on the night side:
– Bedroom 1: double bed (140 x 190 cm) + large wardrobe with access to the terrace
– Bedroom 2: double bed (140 x 190 cm) + wardrobe
– Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) + chest of drawers
– Bedroom 4: 2 bunk beds (90 x 190 cm) + wardrobe

You will be in a very quiet area 10 minutes by car from the beach of Nonnes or Vergnes (Meschers).
The cycle path passes in front of the house, it will allow you to discover the entire Atlantic coast from Barzan Plage to La Palmyre.
10 minutes by bike, discover the village of Talmont sur Gironde with its Sainte Radegonde church, its streets and its artisans.
The market with its covered halls in the town center of Meschers you will find fishmonger, butcher, charcutier, greengrocer etc.
