It is composed of an entrance, a large reception room with lounge area, large screen connected television, free Wi-Fi.
An open kitchen opening onto the terrace.
A bedroom with a 160*200 bed and large wardrobe and roller shutters.
A comfortable shower room and separate WC.
Its terrace overlooking the gardens will allow you to take your meals and rest.
To get some air, beautiful walks in the forest, on the many beaches, in the typical villages of the region await you.
For golfers, there are 2 magnificent courses, an 18-hole course in Royan and a 9-hole course in La Palmyre.
Apartment located on the 1st floor without elevator and not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
2025 prices depending on the period, based on 2 people:
– Minimum 3 nights in April: €90 per night
– May, June and September: €95 per night
– July and August: €130 per night
– €8 per day and per additional person
Sheets, towels and tea towels provided. If staying for more than a week, change of linen possible for 8 euros for 4 towels and 12 euros for sheets.
