You can do everything on foot and enjoy the
local shops, seafront, beach, marina, ferry access.
You will have a private underground parking space.

The very bright 54 m² apartment with loggia is ideal for two people with the possibility of two additional people (sofa bed).

The residence and the apartment are designed to be accessible to people with reduced mobility.

The apartment has a private internet connection.


Cleaning fees are not charged. Also, you are kindly asked to leave the apartment as clean as you liked to find it when you arrived.

Arrivals and departures are possible every day except Saturdays in July and August. A supplement of €15 is requested for arrivals after 21 p.m.

Stays are 4 nights minimum. Arrivals and departures every day except Saturday in July and August.
Check-in is between 7:30 and 9:00 AM, and check-out is between 5:00 and 9:00 PM. A €35 surcharge applies after 9:00 PM, and a €50 surcharge applies after 10:30 PM. A €35 surcharge applies for check-out before 7:30 AM. These late check-out charges are the responsibility of the renter.

The price is indicated for one night for 2 people. You must add 10 euros per additional person from 3 people.
Linen is not provided. It can be rented at the rate of:
– 140/160 bed duvet kit: €16
– towel kit: €7
– tea towel kit: €4

As cleaning is not charged, you are kindly asked to leave the apartment as clean as you liked to find it upon entering.
Only people (regardless of their age) whose name was communicated when booking will be authorized to stay.

A deposit will be requested upon arrival in the form of a check and will be returned to you upon departure.
