Welcome to this spacious and bright family home of 160 m², between Royan and Saint-Palais-sur-Mer. Facing East and South-West.

It has 4 large bedrooms ranging from 14 m² to 16 m².
A shower room and a bathroom as well as 2 toilets.
A large living room of 35 m², a dining room and a kitchen 24 m² and 8 m².
A garden of 80 m².

A garage for bicycles or motorcycles.
A garden lounge set, sun loungers and a gas griddle, games for children aged 0-3 years
The kitchen is fully equipped, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridges.

There is everything you need for babies free of charge.
Washing machine, dryer and free Wi-Fi too.
2 fans (the house stays cool if all shutters and windows are closed properly in the morning during periods of high heat).

Cleaning must be done by the tenants.
Bed linen can be reserved for 10 EUROS per person except for babies 0-3 years old, I provide a fitted sheet free of charge.
Only one pet allowed, preferably small, for a fee of €50 per stay.

Everything can be done on foot, the house is located 1,8 km from Nauzan Beach (5 minutes by car or 15 minutes on foot, free parking) and all amenities (bakery next door).

Market open every day in July and August. Other period on Tuesday and Saturday.
Town hall park nearby with fishing pond and games for young and old, cycle paths at the end of the street.
Free parking spaces in front of the house and nearby, a garage for bicycles, motorcycles…
