On our large terrace, at sunset, you will enjoy a glass of chilled Pineau des Charentes, produced by Gilbert, a local winegrower.

Renovated house classified 4* - Detached house facing South, completely renovated, newly equipped, with enclosed and wooded garden of 500 m² in a quiet area, 1700 m from the beach, 300 m from shops, 800 m from the Leclerc center. Private parking or on the street. Main room composed of an open kitchen, a living room, dining room opening onto a terrace equipped with garden furniture and awning.

3 bedrooms, 1 bedroom, a double bed 2 x 160 with wardrobe, 200 bedroom, a double bed 1 x 2 with chest of drawers and a 160cm television, 200 bedroom, 108 single beds 1 x 2 (possibility of 1 additional children's beds with trundle beds), bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, separate toilet. Baby equipment available on request. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room, 90 cm television. Free Wi-Fi. At your disposal in the basement, washing machine, clothes horse, bathroom with walk-in shower very practical when returning from the beach as well as toilets.
2 adult bikes, one with a basket, one with a baby seat, 1 child's bike (4 to 7 years old), 2 adult mountain bikes, ping-pong table, 2 deckchairs, barbecue (charcoal).
Non-smoking house, pets not allowed.

Booking conditions: Deposit, 30% upon signing the rental contract, the reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed contract and payment.
