Many amenities complete this rental: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fryer, television, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board and washing machine.

Restaurant, cinema and minimarket 5 minutes' walk away, town center 500 m away, market every morning in season and 3 times a week out of season, shops, funfair in season, sailing club, tennis, mini-golf, cycle paths giving access to the vast beaches of the Côte Sauvage.

Ideal location for spending holidays by the sea or for visiting the zoo of La Palmyre, Royan, Ile d'Oléron, the aquarium of La Rochelle, etc.
