Located in the "Les Sables d'Or" residence in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, it is in a beautiful 24 m² apartment, 300 m from Bureau beach, with a view of Raymond Vignes lake, that you will will have a pleasant stay.

You can stroll through the alleys of the market and the shops, taste small dishes from here and elsewhere in the restaurants or, if you prefer, take away prepared meals.

A playground, a new "Michel Legrand" cinema-show room, a pétanque court nearby... will keep the whole family busy!
This apartment, with concierge, is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. It has a balcony with garden furniture, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a sofa bed (2 people), a single bedroom for two people and a mezzanine and a bathroom with WC.

You will have a washing machine, a dishwasher and Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels can be provided by a service provider. For health safety reasons, we provide you with disposable mattress pads for each mattress and each pillow.

A parking space is reserved for you, a bicycle garage is at your disposal for the duration of your stay or if you wish, a closed room for bicycles or other can be offered. A bus line is at the foot of the residence. Bike paths nearby! It is the ideal address to do everything on foot or by bike!

You will be asked for a deposit and the tourist tax.
Cleaning, obligatory at the end of the rental is at your expense 70 € for stays longer than 3 nights and 50 € for 3 nights. It will be carried out by a service provider.
We accept holiday vouchers.
