"Tous Voiles Dehors": pleasant holiday apartment on one level in a villa for 4 people. Ideal for 1 couple and 1 child.
It is with pleasure that the owners, Patricia and Jean will welcome you for a pleasant stay as a couple or as a family.
In the Fief district, quiet, while being 800 meters from the city center and 1,2 km from the beach, their single-storey apartment, in a villa, has an independent entrance. A parking space, will allow you to park a car (medium size) if you wish.
You will have a living room (dining area and living room) with double sofa bed (140), an independent fitted kitchen, a large bedroom with a double bed (140), a shower room with WC.
To stay connected, the apartment has WIFI, a HIFI system, a DVD player, a flat screen TV with UHD TV decoder. Books for adults and children, DVDs and CDs, board games as well as documentation on Royan and the region will be at your service.
You will have complete freedom of access to the garden. The covered terrace has a large table and planchas. The relaxation area is located under the pergola with its garden furniture.
Your small pet will be welcome under certain conditions.
We do not take reservations of less than 7 days between June and August.
Options:
– Bed prepared in advance: €10. Free for baby equipment. The bedding is equipped with pillow and mattress protectors, changed after each rental and washed in compliance with Covid-19 hygiene standards.
– Bathroom linen: 1 bath towel, 1 towel, 2 gloves: €8 for 2 people (excluding beach towels)
– Cleaning: end of stay cleaning: €50 (see conditions on the contract). Please note this service does not include: cleaning and putting away dishes, emptying the trash and cleaning the barbecue, degreasing the oven and the electric hob
– We provide you with: oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and tea towels, hand towels, sponges, cleaning products.
