Charming contemporary holiday home, detached and on one level, close to the city center, the central market (15 min walk) and the large beach of Royan (20 min walk or 5 min by car), bakery and pharmacy 10 min walk.
80 m² house with garden and two terraces, in front and behind the house depending on the amount of sunshine.
The house consists of:
– a very functional 40 m² living room, including a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a living room
- two rooms
– a bathroom, the toilets are separate
– a small laundry room with washing machine
The bed linen is provided. Cleaning is your responsibility.
Possibility to park a car in front of the house (street with wide sidewalk).
Non-smoking and pets not allowed.
Compulsory resort certificate.
Prices, tourist tax not included:
– €500 per week outside school holidays (except June and September)
– €600 per week during winter and Christmas school holidays
– €700 per week during the Easter and All Saints school holidays
– €800 per week for the periods from 24/05 to 28/06 and from 30/08 to 27/09
– €1000 per week over the period from 28/06 to 30/08
