Charming contemporary holiday home, detached and on one level, close to the city center, the central market (15 min walk) and the large beach of Royan (20 min walk or 5 min by car), bakery and pharmacy 10 min walk.

80 m² house with garden and two terraces, in front and behind the house depending on the amount of sunshine.

The house consists of:
- a very functional 40 m² living room, including a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a living room
- two rooms
- a bathroom, the toilets are separated
- a small laundry room with washing machine

The bed linen is provided. Cleaning is your responsibility.
Possibility to park a car in front of the house (street with wide sidewalk).
Non-smoking and pets not allowed.
Compulsory resort certificate.

Prices, tourist tax not included:
- €500 per week outside school holidays (except June and September)
- €600 per week during the winter and Christmas school holidays
- €700 per week during Easter and All Saints school holidays
- €800 per week for the periods from 01/06 to 29/06 and from 31/08 to 28/09
- 1000 € per week over the period from 29/06 to 31/08
