Réjane and Alain invite you to stay in this comfortable and bright 65 m² apartment, ideal for 2 to 4 people, on the 4th (and top) floor of a building with an elevator. This very quiet apartment is ideally located in the heart of the renovated Royan multimodal train station area, 800 m from the main beach and cycle paths, close to shops and other major attractions: the seafront, the port, the covered market, other beaches, and more.

Equipped with two private and secure car parks and a bicycle storage room; it can make you forget your car and the worries of parking.

Classified as furnished 3*, it consists of a living room-kitchen area of ​​29 m², two bedrooms one of 15 m² (one 140 bed) and the other of 9 m² (two 90 beds), a bathroom of 4,6 m² with a walk-in shower and separate WC, a balcony (S-West facing) of 8 m² with garden furniture.

The apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with brand new items to ensure you have the best possible welcome and comfort during your stay. It is cleaned and disinfected between each stay. Linen rental is available upon request, and beds can be made upon arrival for an additional fee. A complete set of baby equipment (high chair, crib, bathtub) is also available free of charge for parents who prefer to travel light. The apartment has Wi-Fi to keep you connected. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets are not allowed.
