Pretty luxury contemporary house, bright for 2 to 6 people in version 1 - 2 or 3 bedrooms (no other tenants with you). Perfectly equipped, on one level, close to the city center and the market (10 minutes on foot) and beaches (5 minutes by car), in a very quiet Saint-Pierre district. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, pantry, kitchen, large comfortable living room, enclosed garden and terrace overlooking the back of the house with garden furniture, deckchairs, gas plancha and games for children, garage + 2 enclosed parking spaces, bicycles, baby equipment (travel cot, stroller, booster seat, high chair, bathtub, etc.), Wifi, TV, DVD and CD player, home cinema, washing machine, dryer, washing machine dishes, microwave, oven...

Weekly rental rates from Saturday to Saturday:
- from October to March (excluding school holidays): from €350 to €450/week or from €80 to €100/night depending on the number of rooms
- All Saints, Christmas and winter holidays: from €450 to €550/week
- April and May: from €550 to €650/week
- June and September: from €600 to €700/week
- July and August: €1300/week

Possibility to rent for short stay 3 nights minimum from October to March, excluding school holidays...
