Comfortable house on enclosed grounds of 500 m² located in a residential and quiet area, comprising an open veranda on the front facade and a recently built closed veranda on the courtyard side with a large terrace and an independent garage.

It is located in an area close to the Park and its small market near the beach "La Grande Conche", the Mac-Donald and many other shops, you can also get there on foot.

The capacity is ten people maximum, the distribution of rooms is ideal. The living space is centrally located with living room, reading room, well-equipped fitted kitchen opening onto the veranda and dining room. There is also a laundry room with washing machine, it also serves as a reserve for various storage.

At the left end there is an independent toilet, three large bedrooms with recent bedding, one of which has its adjoining bathroom. At the other end, there is another separate WC, two large bedrooms also with recent bedding, as well as a large bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. (It should be noted that the five bedrooms are equipped with 140 x 190 beds).

The independent garage is not available to tenants. Parking is free and easy on the street in front of the house.

Wi-Fi is also free.
Animals are allowed under the responsibility of their masters and if they do not cause nuisance (barking) for the neighborhood, nor damage, the droppings must be removed before the end of the rental.

The rental is for a minimum of one week from Saturday 14 p.m. to the following Saturday 11 a.m. A deposit check of 400 € will be requested and returned at the end of your stay after the inventory of fixtures not noting any deterioration.
